Dr Swaliha Shahama

Swaliha Shahama is a DHA-licensed Speech, Language and Swallowing Pathologist at Q Enrichment Center, Dubai, with over six years of clinical experience supporting individuals from infancy to older adulthood. She holds a Master’s (2020) and Bachelor’s (2017) in Speech-Language Pathology from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing. She specializes in autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, articulation disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, neurological conditions, developmental delays, ADHD, dyslexia, and neurorehabilitation. She is a certified Oral Placement Therapist (TalkTools, Level 1), a Sensory Speech Therapist, and a member of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and the Indian Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ISHA). Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, with particular interests in early childhood intervention and neurorehabilitation. She speaks English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada.
